  • she goin to win the olympic gold

  • @phebeharris You actually don't know me sadly, make a lot of assumptions and glaring generalizations. Why would I claim Jeter is on drugs if SAFP beats her, lol, wouldn't I more say that if Jeter beats SAFP which has happened... Your the one pushing some drug arguments. SAFP won in 2008 and 2009 and I was glad for her then knowing her the way I do. She does have a talent, it is in her genes, she is fast. Jeter is just faster now... So what? #getoverit

  • @phebeharris You are aware you can break your form and then fix it in the race right? That being said you lose some of the momentum you would have had (especially if it's in the start of the race) which the break in form does. A 100m is short enough for even a minute break in form can cost you the gold or any medal even

  • @phebeharris But the stumble (now supposed apparently) actually did cost her, not instantaneously but it did cost her enough to not be able to get far enough away from Jeter/VCB/Baptist giving them the chance to pass her before she passed the finish line. Three persons did fly pass her, just not instantaneously.

  • @phebeharris Ohh,,, That's a great fallacy you hold there about your country, but, whatever makes you sleep at nights. *shrugs* No country is that great. Everyone and every country has their faults, their own liars, thieves, proud people and insecure people. That is a universal truth.

  • @phebeharris And I can provide proof.... with a video even of Jeter crashing out of the semi of the women's 100m semi-finals at the 2008 US trials. She was there and she didn't qualify to make the team even after being highly tooted to make the team. She was never on the roster, because she wasn't good enough to make it.... #thatsjustit No fault in that, VCB didn't make the Jamaica Olympic team either in the 100

  • @doinotna It's not about singing praises if she would have won with the supposedly stumble. It's the cockiness that would have came out of you if she would have won like she is the best on earth, she is so much quicker than Jeter, Jeter wasn't going to catch her, it's the genes, JAMS are just naturally faster, it's her talent, Jeter is on steroids. I know you coconuts from the back of my head and I know how hypocritical you people can be and you're no different.

  • @doinotna LOL! Overstriding is classified as breaking form even when you're leading and continue to lead and kept your form to the 90m mark? Why can't over striding be a transition from one form to another? Why is it breaking form. Is it because you want to believe SAF was the initial winner. She wasn't and she lost and the supposedly breaking form didn't cost her. She just wasn't quick enough. If you can keep a lead to the 90m mark and can't medal that is because you ran out of gas.

  • @doinotna I stand corrected. Lolo did finish but her mishap cost her the lead and truly prevented her to rebound. SAF over-striding kept her the lead all the way to the 90m mark and she kept her form. I didn't see anyone fly pass SAF when she over strided. She continued her lead. Her supposedly stumble didn't cost her anything. She could have snatched the silver or bronze.

  • @doinotna Because I don't get my information from blogs and message boards. Yes, Americans are more honest than Jamaicans and every other foreigner. That is cold hard facts. The U.S. don't make excuses when they lose and the U.S. is least likely to be embarrassed from a lost. That is because they're more honest, secure, and meek. We don't have in the back of our minds that we're better like you people want to believe. That is why everyone rejoice when U.S. lose. Y'all think we better.

  • @doinotna I see you need to win a dialogue. Jeter didn't run in Beijing because she wasn't on the roster not because she didn't qualify. I don't care about it. Americans don't make excuses. Where is the excuse. I'm telling you Jeter wasn't on the roster. You want to believe it's because she didn't qualify. I know and you don't. If you have your belief I don't need to go further. I'm telling you she was never on the roster.

  • @phebeharris Overstriding is classified as breaking form. And she did falter and pop out of her drive phase prematurely because of the stumble. If SAFP had won with that stumble, hell yah I would be singing her praises but she didn't and so be it. Her losing to SAFP still doesn't take from her being fast (being a Oly and WC), she lost and so be it, as you said she actually do have enough time to put a beating on the US... I'm counting on it :D

  • @phebeharris Actually, Lolo did finish the race... Check the results, she finished the race and came 7th. SAFP lead up until 90m is commendable yes but Jeter shouldn't have been that close to her come 90. I knew SAFP lost when I saw Jeter that close come 90m because Jeter's last 40m is just plain stronger than SAFP and most female sprinters out there. Had SAFP his her start maybe she would have had enough cushion to hold off Jeter in the final 10 and not panic and overstride.

  • @phebeharris You should check message boards like T&F News, Trackshark, Sprintzone, etc. You should read blogs and articles... There were many excuses BY AMERICANS about the losses in 2008. That's not to say Jamaicans don't make excuses, but don't delude yourself that Americans or whoever else (Jamaicans included) are intrinsically more honest, secure or even talented or more smarter than anyone else.

  • @phebeharris To not let this conversation delve down the road of doping I'm going to leave that topic.

  • @phebeharris Again... Check youtube... Jeter ran the 100m AND the 200m at the US trials. Jeter didn't make the finals of the 100 (even though she PB'd) and came 6th or 7th in the 200m. She was not on the roster in Beijing because she didn't qualify! lol. And you say Americans don't make excuses... lol

  • @doinotna You're being difficult. She didn't have a break in form. SAF kept her lead till the 90m mark. Suppose SAF would have won though she over-strided. What would have been your excuse for her winning the gold. SAF is sooo fast, she even faster than Jeter, she stumbled and still won, it's the gene, it's natural, we're dominating...blah, blah, blah. I can see right through you. SAF have more than enough time to put a beating on the U.S. Get over it.

  • @doinotna Bull. Lolo Jones didn't finish or complete the race when she fell. SAF over-strided and completely rebound and kept the lead. Her supposedly stumbling didn't cost her anything. You're being difficult. You're saying she would have won if she didn't stumble. Where's your evidence. I bet you thought she had that gold medal when she was leading 10m from the finish line. When Jeter pressed the gas and ran past her the excuses came.

  • @doinotna You're lying. You don't see or hear Americans making excuses when they lose. The U.S. committee isn't the people/public. It's hard for me to believe americans made excuses for Sanya Richards. It must have been JAM making the excuses. You didn't hear many excuses when any American lose. Americans are honest people and secure. The athlestes may have made excuse but not the american people.

  • @doinotna You need to read the second comment again. I think I agreed that U.S. has a longer history of doping due to a longer history in the sport and the number of athletes. Our history is longer and so is our numbers. Percentage wise JAM has a bigger record of doping. If you don't want to admit that I don't need to waste my time. All JAM comments metaphorically speaks that they are better. If you say no, you're lying. U.S. don't have insecurities. We're mighty and know it.

  • @doinotna Shut up please. Jeter is new and has not been around long. Secondly, she was not on the roster to run in the Beijing. I'm not going to go any further with you about Jeter and Beijing. I really don't care.

  • @phebeharris Had SAFP stumbled at the start like that in 2009, Kerron and maybe even Jeter would have beaten her. If SAFP had stumbled like that in the JA trials in 2008 she would not have been the Olympic champion. The 100m is not like the 400m or the 800m, the only other sprints that are more costly in terms of mistakes are the 4x100's and the sprint hurdles. A stumble, a slip, a break in form against stiff competition is all it takes. The fact that SAFP held on that long is commendable...

  • @phebeharris The fact that you concede that she stumbled but refuse to concede that the stumble cost her in that race tells either you know very little about track or your just being difficult on purpose. It's like saying that if Lolo should still have won the 100mH in 2008 even though she hit the 9th hurdle because she could just step on the gas and go faster... ONE misstep in the 100m (especially when your all so closely matched) is all it takes to cause you to lose.

  • @phebeharris Your delusional if you never saw complaints made by Americans when they lose... lol. I even saw complaints made in 2009 making excuses for Jeter's bad start costing her gold. The complaint was made by the US Olympic committee... the committee that REPRESENTS the US >_< I've heard the excuses about Felix 2008 when VCB beat her (about an injury), Richards-Ross in 2008 again when she lost the 400. and that's just 2008... There have been many excuses... MANY

  • @phebeharris Your second comment... Won't even waste my time... If you don't want to admit that US has a greater history of drug cheats it's your prerogative. I never said Jamaica is better than the US, you seem to have some insecurities where that is concerned or some deep rooted contempt for Jamaicans that cloud your judgement. Some Jamaicans are faster than some Americans.... Some Americans are faster than Jamaicans... Some are smarter... Some are crazier... Such is life...
