This is terrible - as well as the obvious loss of lives, imagine all the work that had gone on to get that far. It must have taken months and millions of (their currency)

The guy filming this was employed by OSHA. This crane was not supposed to be operated in winds greater than 15 mph...the wind was estimated at 32 mph. Two operators actually refused to do the pick because of the wind, they were sent home and two others replaced them.

your description contains a double a negative which makes it nonsensical.
And yes, I saw this on TV and several people died, and while they likely did face fines, OSHA doesn't always apply to situations like this. If the men had the proper safety equipment on and such and it was simply an operator's error they may not have violated any OSHA rules.

@Miguellovesvictoria 3 people died, if you look at :10 there is little box that is lifted in the distance, there were 3 people in that box like figure.

When you look at the other Crane you can see a box on the Hook.2 man in this box where pulled to the Ground from the other falling Crane.Both where Killed instantly.

OSHA was the people filming this, and at the site when this happened.
