Recorded in December 2006 at a Concert at The Point in Cardiff Bay.

Mostly Autumn are a top-notch UK-based 8 piece Band, that play what's best described as 'Progressive Rock'.

When I saw that the last date of their 2006 Tour Schedule was in Cardiff just before Christmas, I knew we would be in for a treat of a show with perhaps a few 'festive surprises' on the set-list.

Sure enough, towards the end of the set the Band played a few Christmas Tunes including "Spirit of Christmas" which you can see in the Video.

A heart-warming Christmas classic!

  • Seen several of their Christmas gigs. This is legendary - AWESOME

  • Hmmm...I never video Mostly Autumn because they've stated in the past they don't want people to. Thanks for sharing anyway, I've been to a few of the Christmas gigs over the years and they're absolutely legendary, a joyful atmosphere and probably the only time I feel like it's Christmas all year!

  • I WAS AT THAT GIG!! standin rite nxt 2 the guy wiv the camera!

  • Hi Gooner

I have also seen a lot of MA but if you think this xmas offering a bad performance I wonder if you have seen their Pink Floyd Revisited it is truly abysmal fortunately they have improved in leaps and bounds since then but my humble opinion is that they are a better studio band than live in particular Bryans guitar work as he often loses pitch on his bends and some of he sweeps are not the greatest.but hey they are a refreshing sound long may they continue

  • Hi,

    thanks for your comment.

I saw them at Milton Keynes, last Friday, and they were awesome, and his vocals were totally faultless, so i assume he had a bad night, doing Greg Lake.

  • I agree with the Greg Lake comment but I feel its the song that doesnt suit Bryan as on other tracks his vocals are ranging from acceptable to good...but a good band anyway

  • He can play the guitar, but can't sing.

Not a patch on Greg lake.

    Great band though.

  • saw them at the astoria, this was nice....well played
