some chainsaws have a hose leading to the chain oiler from the oil tank these of course get loose or crack from wear

@geoff390 Pull the gear shifter out and ontop of your box where the shifter connects there should be a little pin with a collar sitting on it replace both they'd be warn. Makes a sloppy gear shifter and is hard to change down. Good buy though are they vt senator rims :D

I have never had a Husqvarna saw in to be fixed yet that doesn't leak bar oil. What model is this one?

Ohhhhh VT Manual. Oooo Geoff :( I have a VX s pack auto never get the manual version of the V6's, the getrag transmissions are a really really bad design and do NOT last a period of time or hard driving. I'm a third year mechanic in the ACT I get every manual ECOTEC, 3.8ltr from VS to VY. Be careful with it man, other than that it looks heaps clean geoff you've done well if it was under 6.5.

@tomistopdog Ahk thanks for the advice on the car. The only thing with the box at the moment is that when its in gear the stick is quite loose it doesnt fall out of gear or hard to find gear just loose in gear. I got it for 5.1 with 12months rego.
