My adventure installing EPDM flat roof on Neighbor's balcony

A short video detailing the highlights of my fist crack at installing EPDM roofing on a neighbor's balcony. Unfortunately I did not get the camera out until installation was already in progress. I would have liked to have shown the old sub-flooring being removed (yuck!!), the vinyl siding strips being numbered and removed and the installation of the new tapered sub-floor joists on 12" centers in addition to the pressure treated plywood deck. Oh well....maybe next time!

The product is manufactured by Firestone. I bought it at a roofing supply place in Ajax, Ontario. Here is a link to the supplier's brochure. It lists the contacts for different areas. Hope it helps. This was my very first roofing adventure so I think most people would be able to tackle the project.

NICE JOB!!.....thanks for uploading. Do you have experience roofing and where did you buy the EPDM? I have a front and back porch that need to have EPDM installed too, but not sure if this something a want to try myself.
