How to play The Clock by Thom Yorke (acoustic). Cover by Keanbean
Tune the A string up to a B and play that open the whole time. Mute the low E and then hit the D string on the 9th fret and move to the G string on the 7th fret.
Play the low E open and do the same hit (9-7 on D-G) and then move up to the 14th fret on the D string and the 12th on the high B string then slide down two frets with those notes (to the 12th and 10th frets on the D and high B strings).
The break down is harder to describe.
I recorded this so you could see the fingering better than the recordings of Thom Yorke. Hope it helps and sorry I don't come close to him.

  • This is actually incorrect. you also have to tune the G down to a F sharp.

  • the A string is tuned to B but you shouldtune your G string to F# too
