Thats real for sure! I have a pet mimic and ive seen him turn completely black. They can take on texture and color of anything. Good vid!

yeah not a mimic octopus and defitnely not fake, if you think it is, you need to research.

1) Not a mimic octopus
2) Definitely not fake - theres plenty more awesome examples of camouflage in octopus, cuttlefish etc
