I was very excited and couldnt wait to use this applicator which I bought from Hobby Craft, but had great difficulty in trying to pick up the crystals with the wand..even after leaving it more than a few minutes to heat up..I returned it to the shop for a refund and was extrememly disapointed that I was unable to use it.
