That driver in the jeep shouldn't be ravaged by all you cyberpolice commenters. I think the driver in the jeep realized there might not be enough space to pass on the road, especially coming over a blind hill. I think he or she just simply got panicked and tried to go fast and pull over later up the road. However..... rather idiotic of the driver....who ever it was. It's a fucking jeep, there made to go offroad.
