tp8000cfv's Blender tutorial: Leg Rigging Prt 2

This is a long requested tutorial for blender and I tp8000cfv have made it for you. Please also watch a similar tutorial on vimeo. The Hotkey combination to put the IK constraint on a bone is SHIFT+i, CTRL+i no longer does this, instead it selects all the other bones then deselects the currently selected bone.
