Wild Birds of Eastern Australia-Blue faced Honey Eater

These birds are very timid so this was filmed out of the living room rear window hence sound of ticking clock ! He/she is feasting off the seed pods of the grass trees planted a few years ago, this is the second year in a row they sprouted these large pods which eventually contain seeds.

wow, what a cool looking bird. We have such boring ones here in Canada. mainly dark browns and blacks is about it. lol! that one is so awesome looking.

Interesting subject,plant lots of native trees & you will get plenty of birds I understand the non feathered varity is interesting to
