Great drink. But he did over muddle it, his customer would have green teeth. Muddle the lime and sugar first, then add the mint and gently crush it to release its oil without shredding it. Then fill with ice and add your rum. I shake it after this because I think it gets more flavor out of the lime and mint, but you can stir it too. Then top with 7up or club soda and you're good to go!
