@atswblarry Just accept it man. Everyone will call djent a genre eventually. I'm kinda sick of telling people it's a subgenre of progressive metal. I think calling "DJENT" is pretty cool.

"Djent" is not a genre.....omg read up on it. Its a specific chord played a certain way. At least that is how it started out. Also its a groove he is singing over. You are a product of the information age.....i suggest you use it.
