if a movie of is to be made of Miss Tierney's life it would be a gross mistake to

cast an actor resembling her,if there is one.They should cast an actor with her

own unique beauty who emanates that special and elusive aura.Think of Anthony

Hopkins portraying Richard Nixon.Brilliant and convincing.

@northernoir Difficult task to do right, Casting, Screenplay,Direction and Production would be paramount as with any good movie it must tell us something about ourselves through the lives of others, as I said a difficult task but in the right hands it could be a great story.

To finish, I'll comment on the other ladies selected by people as the most beautiful, on various forums.

I agree beauty is subjective and there are many who could be chosen number one but to me there is something special emanating from Miss

Tierney that touches your spirit and I hope,can never be explained..Thus the mystique.Some haven't received the emanation yet and have to settle for one of the other beauties I see tied for second place.

@northernoir Nice if a movie of Genes' life could be made,not in a biographical sense more like the way Cameron treated the story of Titanic,it would have everything, from Genes childhood, start of movie career on through to elopement, marriage, first child,Daria and her illness. It would have A President, A Prince, An eccentric billionaire Howard Hughes, not to mention all of Genes leading men, on through to Genes struggle against mental illness.In the right hands could be best seller big hit

I would also think there should be an element of Greek tragedy in any film about her life: the fatal flaw (the GET girl's ambition); the undeserved suffering (betrayed by a kiss); and the irony, 'too beautiful for love' -Nemesis. And let us not forget the avaricious showbiz parent who looted her account - that happened more than once. She was star-crossed on Mount Hollywood. The potential number of themes is staggering! They will be studying this one for centuries.
