@emmo9216 its possible to get up to 100+ mpg with these my aunt has one she gets 100 mpg quite often.

Don't listen to meathead, I mean meattube. He bashes the Prius with these claims but when asked to prove his B.S., he folds like a house of cards.
I have a 2010 Prius and I recommend it if you want great mpg and don't need a sports car.

The answer I got was: fuel efficiency tests in the U.S are corrupt based on the fact they have a much harsher test for hybrid cars. They do this to try and trick the public into sticking with their 25 mpg car and it's obviously working. Canada has such a strict policy on the EPA tests to make it fair all cars really show their true efficiency. DON'T BE FOOLED BY 50 MPG.
