in my 06 cummins i had crazy larry, cai, 5" exhaust, and mp8 and i ran 13.30's all day. Though i did have an ATS stage 6 to get that power to the ground. 499.7 rwhp on dyno. 1208.4 ftlbs tq.

u can do it with stock injectors and cp3 but its getting to be about maxed out.

to run a 12.9 in a cummins you need to be 500+ hp and if you have stock injectors and pump,I am curious how big your turbo is and what programmer you are using?
