This cop should face life in prison.. or better yet maybe have another cop do the same thing to his family member so he'd understand first hand how it feels. Not really bc that wouldnt be fair but life in prison would be a deterrent for all other cops that choose to over step their power. Regardless of what the girl said to aggravate the cop.. she wasn't resisting and didn't deserve that.

This is yet another good example of how many officers are mentally unstable sociopaths who further worsen their condition with the abuse of alcohol and illegal drugs like steroids. There are many of these officers who are incapable of leading normal lives and who are a threat to the community and themselves, which is a good reason why frequent drug testing and ongoing mental evaluations should be a priority to those who are paying the salaries of these officers. Many should pursue other jobs.

The girl was handcuffed while he was banging her head against the car. How is that resisting and how is that good job? Abusing people while they're handcuffed behind their back is a cowardly act, and that is NOT taught in police academies. Most of all, he is committing a crime, and he is NOT above the law.
