@LiliannaPotter Sorry, I don't understand what you mean. Why Barty and Hermione out of all the other enemies in Harry Potter you mean?  I guess because whoever ships Barty and Hermione love those characters a lot. For example, I ship Snape and Bella and even though there is nothing in the story about them having a romantic past, I ship them because I love them both and they talk down to each other.
