  • @voodazz he made the recoil spring loose to do this... you can't do it with a regular setting

  • @pigeonmaster5 If you would bother to read the coments you would realize how wrong you are.

  • that must be a light recoil spring....ive done it before...on 1911..

  • @bluieballs Pls.. take a minute and read these comments!

  • Could the average person rack a round in this way? Possibly. But not with this amount of ease. A guy in the Philippines does this also, and he admits his is a race gun. In terms of this video, I know when I'm looking at a race gun. I used to know a lot of guys that said stuff was "stock". I also know that there's a lot of cheating in IDPA, USPSA and other "practical" shooting competitions. I've never had any spring weighed by range staff. Not once.

  • The gun he has is a race gun. Even with the long slide, one cannot chamber a round using a stock recoil spring. The spring he has is a lighter spring. Race guns are designed to use light springs and light loads. Faster shots and less recoil. You can tell he's using light loads. Stock springs are too stiff, and that's to not only handle heavy duty loads, but also a safety issue since a light recoil spring allowing the slide to come back like that is dangerous when unintended.

  • u looked like u were in a hurry to get to the cafeteria with ur lunch box

  • I've been able to do this with my Chiappa 1911-22 (have a video of it on my channel), but that's all I've managed it with so far.

  • LOFL the OP is retard if he really thinks any gun will allow you to chamber a round that way.

  • It's not illegal, you can use any recoil sping you want. It's also not dangerous unless you use the spring out of your ballpoint. I will point out that the 1st time he tried it, the mag fell out, and they let him "redo". With the requirement of picking up 2 items off the table and moving 10 yards to the first target, this is a good strategy if you got a couple months to practice it!!

  • @Singlestack haha WRONG

  • Holy Crow! Thats hard to believe but I guess its possible. I thought it was impossible for me to split a playing card but I eventually did - even backwards with a mirror, but this is incredible.

I tried with my g23 & xdm 9mm but all I did was make my arm sore. Very cool indeed.

    ;)

  • @WesOrion Hypothetically speaking I can pigs fly. But the question is: can they fly? No, they can't so your assumption is completely false until you can prove it right. I.e. show me the proof?

  • @f0xmuld3r was stating the hypothetical. Again, if someone has the strength and speed, I am sure that they can get a .50 AE Desert Eagle to do what the man in the video is doing with a 1911. The recoil springs in a 1911 are as low as 9 lbs and as high as 24 lbs. Since the DE slide can be pulled back by one hand, I am sure that the tension of the recoil assembly would allow the same trick as seen above to be done. Also, DEs can be customized with lighter springs, just like any other pistol.
