Many great performances (and big crowds) at the Brazil Festival including Ivette Sangalo, Carlinhos Brown and Margareth Menezes. Amazing samba bands from NY and Washington DC and lovely bianas performing the traditional "Lavagem da Rua 46" ... enjoy! ... e muito obrigado!

Great energy and sizzle of your pics.Paula.One piece of art that made a deep impression of the culture and carnival atmosphere of Brazil was the movie Black Orpheus.The cinematography, put the zapp in me when I was 19.A great video of little Brazil.I am going back for seconds.

Never been to Brazil before but I always wanted to go. This festival in NYC looks awesome. I know the festivals in the homeland are "off the charts." Nice track to this as well. Great Post :):)

Hey that brazilian festival in Ny looks fantastic ...loved to check it out in the future..been thinkin about going to NY for a couple of years now ...maybe next year me and my wife could be drinking a couple of icecold Brahma's in manhattan...
