@SuperYooooo1 thanks for your constructive and well structured criticism. Do you study martial arts yourself or just comment on videos..? I appreciate your concern friend but this video is over two years old, and I had learnt this form along with two others in under two months - so yes, given the circumstances I hadn't practised enough. Perhaps you could have done much better?

@forfuckssake88 ok then answer me this why if u knew this form was under practiced why did u post it on youtube iam a practitioner of white crane myself and i can see your stance is weak your movements lack fire and expression and for a white crane stylist (which is a woman's style) uses so much muscular force and your form is generally quiet rigid and i can also tell that even if you have trained for over two years you cant move like a true stylist because of the way you move in this video.

@SuperYooooo1 I don't need to justify why I put the video on, especially to you. You're not in any position to say someone is incapable of improving in the span of two years, (not that I needed to.)

Also, the way you convey yourself is without any respect and discipline, you do not honour the martial way.

If you feel so comfortable on criticising this video on your high horse I'd really enjoy seeing how strong your stance is and how full of fire your movements are. Otherwise take it elsewhere.

no need to waste time on him. I'm not familiar with white crane but I see sanchin kata from kyokushin and goju ryu karate is based on this form. Nicely done

Movements are crisp and well controlled. Stance could definitely use some work though. I have no experience with Fujian white crane, but this is an impressive form. I imagine you to be excellent in sparring, yes?
