My review of the Turbo Duo/P.C. Engine SCD Game Insanity

I recently bought this 'NEW' game for the old system after i discovered that there are several games being made my small groups of developers

once i saw this, i had to support the guys out there making this happen for all the old turbo duo/pc engine fans out there!

Also, you can toggle the sound from PSG/CD at the title screen by pressing select!

thanks to the snow day here recently, i had a whole afternoon to sit down and play...

a few quick thoughts:

damn this game gets hard in the later levels!!!!

the CD music is nice - great job!

found the 50 UP code at the title screen. awesome nod to old days!

how many levels are there in the game?

There are 7 levels.  The White robots are the last :)

and, congrats on being the first person to locate and use the lives code :)

thx man! i was playing through and as the game got harder i was thinking three HAD to be some kind of extra lives code.

ahh the white robots...cool

so like how many stages are there in each level? are there are certain number of robots that need to be killed to advance to the next type of robot?

in the spirit of berzerk, the level progresses based off of the score :)

luckily the later levels are worth more points so you can get higher scores faster (provided you dont die!)

glad you enjoy the game. hopefully the next project is even better !
