I am still viewing your entire log of videos so I apologize if I ask for something you already did. I would like to see:
1. Beef tacos with Spanish rice and homemade refried beans.
2. Chicken satay with a matching salsa.
3. Good marinara sauce that I can make with garden tomatoes and store in jars for future meals.
Keep up the great work bro and remember that ratings/comments are on a ratio of like 1:1200. For every person that actually types something there are 1200 who share the sentiment.

okay, so I now have my evening cut out for me catching up on your videos. Hubby eats alot of lamb. I usually do pieces of it in a couscous but I bought a boneless leg of it at Trader Joe's and I don't want to ruin it. Thanks ChefB

Susan,
I like to roast leg of lamb myself. Rub with fresh minced rosemary, minced garlic, fresh cracked black pepper, kosher salt and olive oil.
Roast until desired tempature (140 for medium)

sounds a great plan. i wanna see some good presentation of the food, like garnishes or some brand new style of how you will present it.
