Dude, I guess you pro'lly figured it out, but, the symbol you're mentioning near 3:30 (just in case you haven't figured yet), I believe it shows up when you pick up an enemy's weapon w/ stealth kill and you get I think extra ammo or s'thing!
Just search it up it's a question on gamefaqs!!!!
