Kercher's Family Seeking Millions in Damages

The lawyer for the family of dead British student Meredith Kercher is seeking 25 million euros in damages. Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito, accused of her murder, are expected to learn their fate next week. (Nov 27)

Meredith's room would have been filled with dozens of bloody footprints, handprints and DNA of three people, not one, if the prosecutor's theory is true. Moreover, it would have been impossible to remove all traces of evidence of Amanda and Raffaele while leaving all evidence of Rudy intact. Thank God the truth is now coming out. Mignini deserves to burn for the filthy railroad job he did.

for my dad's side: if your relatives did not opt in to the 1924 baker roll you are not allowed to call yourself your own race and thats backed by our federal gov. they don't have much there.. Iam not familliar with the navajo. The US is so diverse in culture ( and i dont mean racially), the southwest is very different, laws included. There is alot about the natives that the general public wont talk about. In maryland unless your a member of the recognized tribes ( regardless of race), Its illegal to list yourself as a minority for scholarships. So you can be navajo or cherokee , full blooded but you are not allowed to call yourself as such.

Yeah, I have not visited deep south.

But KKK mentality is well and alive even though not everybody formally belongs to it. I met so many prejudiced Americans - no matter how well eductaed they were, the prejudice was deeply seated. It baffled me.

I spent several weeks in South West and have a few really good friens there as well.

I encountered mostly Navajo and it was sad. No offense, really. Their eyes hunt me to this day.
