'Praise Be' is from the forthcoming debut album by The Plea on Planet Function records (an Indie/Rock subdivision of R&S Records). Produced by A-list Engineer/Producer Chris Potter (The Verve, Richard Ashcroft, U2, The Rolling Stones, Blur, Keane), the album is due in Summer 2011. Directed by Nicolas Vantomme, DOP Thomas Buelens

About Planet Function
Planet Function is a more than a new indie label. It's a long-held dream of R&S founders Renaat Vandepapeliere and Sabine Maes to prove their love of music doesn't end with electronica (R&S released records from Aphex Twin, Derrick May, C J Bolland, System 7, Steve Hillage, James Blake, Joey Beltram and many more). A subsidiary of R&S, Planet Function will focus on rock and indie acts, with first signing The Plea's debut "Miracle" EP to be released in April.

Planet Function's MD is David Boyd, who spent 13 years as MD of Hut Records, where his signings included Smashing Pumpkins, The Verve, David Gray, Embrace, Gomez and Placebo, and was former head of A&R at Virgin Records. Boyd joined Planet Function in December, bringing with him the label's second signing, Irish indie band The Chakras.
