A short clip showing two of the effective quad. stretches we use. This is half of a pair; complemented by the partner version I will be uploading shortly.

Pay particular attention to the alignment cues: you can strain the medial side of the knee if you are not careful; the short version is that you want the front of the thigh directly facing the ceiling.

Saying this will surprise some people, but you are better off using the elbow version with a decent tail tuck than lying back all the way to the floor, but letting the lower back arch off the floor.

I have disabled comments on all our clips, because too many people abuse the opportunity. I can be contacted through my channel if you want to discuss a particular subject; as well, there are the new Stretch Therapy Forums (www.kitlaughlin.com/forums). You only need a real email address to join and post your questions.

As well, more information and many articles will be found on my Home page, too.
