@MrKrano Thanks!

@tvdxrools Hi David, thanks for watching. This one needs really good conditions to reach Europe. And a good RX, of course. The AOR is an excellent performer and it works well with the Wellbrook loop. Cheers Matthias

Great reception! And receiver! I don't have the experience of receiving
PLUS receiver?

@bocotawanta Hi! Thanks for watching and comment! The AR7030 PLUS has a better narrow filter (3.5 kHz) compared to the standard version. Strong signal handling is also reported to be improved. I have no experience with the standard AR7030 but I think the PLUS version is better for difficult DX reception. The performance is similar to the Lowe HF-225 Europa, but the AOR is slightly better thanks to Pass-Band Shift and notch filterwhile the LOWE is easier to operate.

Great reception for this broadcaster. I just discovered some recordings from radio stations of the 80's and 90's in South East Asia and North Africa released by Sublime Frequencies, including Radio Burma, which I find very interesting, so you might give them a try.

@dxNovice Thanks! As I wrote earlier, this has been my best ever reception of this station.

@MARKGM20877 Hi Mark, thanks! I'm happy about this one because Myanmar is rather rare. This is only my 4th or 5th catch of them in over 20 years of serious DXing (and the best quality wise). Try it as early as possible because at approx. 1445 UTC Voice of Russia fires up on 5985 with a test tone, starting in Turkish at 1500. Good luck! Cheers Matthias
