@Toejaminator no its like sim city, except you can build forced labor camps, initiate martial law, assassinate/imprison malcontents, overgraze, deforest, pollute and destroy the enviorment. or if you're boring you could build a tropical paradise where everyones happy. I'm trying to build a Guantanamo Bay where its nothing but prisons, the only free ppl will be the guards and the few farmers/entertainers who will directly support them, the rest will be imprisoned under a convict labor system

@walmartian lol I can see that happening. I wish they could let us control food prices and education... That way we could make it so only the rich could go to school and the poor stayed poor and if they tried revolting, the food would go up! Yeah, that's so evil but it's a simulation so... =]

@DeathlyDavid yea but they wont make any income in florida, if you pay the prison guards $5 then each full prison generated about $400 annually. its not really a way to win its just for when you have the cash to blow and for the LOLz of building a prison colony

@walmartian lol if everyone was imprisoned you could select the "Off to Florida" edict (something like that) and all prisoners will be sent to florida for 3 years (is that new for trop 4? Idk but it's interesting) xD USA gets mad though. Interesting idea! I will try it on Trop 4. However, for campaign it isn't a very good idea to create a Dystopian society. That's what sandbox is for!

@natritious1 well theyre not exactly secret.. and imprisoning people pisses off their families and is probably frowned upon by some faction or super power.. it can't been done right away.. you have to build up your industry first and if you try to dick around your population before you're powerful enough to fight them they will kick u off the island..

This island is a pain for me..
