Ani Pema talks about "Dunzie" or distraction. What is that you ask? Good question.

Dreams can be more real than boring reality show ...

  • I need a better airline, mine never have movies

  • She is a great teacher. People say that meditation and Buddhist practice is boring, and that's probably true in a sense. But why do we need constant distraction? Why do we always need some kind of silly entertainment? Why can't we just be at peace with ourselves, right here?

  • The name fits your idolatry to false doctrine. It will be the end of it soon. Open your eyes!

  • Can we actually take time to feel this constant sense of pressure? Can it be received into the body of our simple presence as just that which can feed our presence? Rumi: "Water inside the boat is the ruin of the boat. Water outside the boat gives it itsbuoyancy." Can we learn as in martial arts how to turn this pressure/force with its zillon impulses so it can supply the energy needed to be more awake and present to the moment and the breath?

  • Great insight; see it all around me, and in me.
