Fall 2010 Nyack College training with the trio: Adrian Ibanez, Jodel Wright, and Nathan McGee.
Location: Mosley Field Nyack, NY (Nyack College) Outside Mosley South Dorm Rooms
Training: Ball Handling/Catching Focus
Equipment: Mobile Goal; Cones 9-10; 8 size one soccer balls, 8 size five soccer balls. [can use 4-5 soccer balls of each]

I like the ideas... Used some of them... Found the size ones help out a lot with improving all forms of catching and striking the ball... God for punting too
