@kelvinfung41 hmm.. it is pretty hard to get into an airline that big,, try starting with a regional airline,, and then after gaining about a couple thousand of hours, make your way into a big one,, dw, life is long enough ;)

@afgrocks123 moreover, i know the local airline like cathay and dragonair would hire cadet pilot every year. the bad thing is more than 2000 people go to the interview and only 20 people will be hired. I guess some of those who are already hired were study overseas, they can speak in good english. that make me wondering. by the way, have a safe flight sir.

i am form hongkong and i am 20 years old. i study physic in high school. this year i am go to have a university entrance examination. In this city,we have a very special situation, hong kong citizens cant join the airforce, the china airline wont hire us.

@kelvinfung41 some kids at low ages,, are in eager of being a pilot,, being a pilot needs good mental abilities,, for example good in maths and physics.. if you are too young, wait till you are about 18to see if it is the right thing to do for you.. if you are younger... just wait, because being a pilot always isnt about flying,, you get emergencies which play with you and 100s of passenger's lives.. research on the internet of what you just asked me. you will get a clear image..

@kelvinfung41 find a flight school that is good, but affordable, somewhere near to where you live,,, just follow your dream, no matter what happens,, there also some down points for being a pilot.. like being away from your family for a long period of time... but when you get up there, everything will be just fine.. watch more serious videos about training, and dont search for cockpit videos,, be serious if you are.. and i have to know your age, to recommend if it is good for you..
