Ingredients:
1. Paste of 2 onions
2. Paste of 2 tomatoes
3. Ginger, Garlic and Chilly Paste
4. 400gm of Paneer, cut to pieces and fried
5. 2 tbsp of Curd
6. Paste of Cashewnuts
7. Jeera, Turmeric Powder, Bay Leaves,Garam Masala powder, Salt to taste and Saffron color
Method:
1. In heated pan add oil and fry Jeera, Bay leaves with Onion paste and fry for 5 minutes
2. Add tomato puree and fry for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the masalas and fry for 5 minutes.
4. Add ginger, garlic paste and fry for 1 minute. Add cashew nut paste, curd and mix it well.
5. Add salt, color mix well with a cup of water.
6. Add Paneer when the mixture starts to boil.
i guess to bring the flavour of butter u can just put it at last i mean heat it n mix in the panner masala...cuz no butter lol
