Nach amerikanischem Vorbild entstand Ende 2012 das Gratitude Restaurant in der Münchner Türkenstraße, wo seither Rohkost-Fans und Veganern in den pflanzlichen Genuss-Himmel eintauchen. Gleichzeitig wird Toleranz großgeschrieben, wie Gründer Alex Lasslop im Interview erzählt. Von engstirnigem und missionarischem Veganertum hält er wenig.
