This is How to make a quick,easy,tasty and mass building protein shake.

109g carbs/88g protein/34g fats

you can also add a scoop of oats and eggs if you want but no more than one unless youre a hardcore and boom!

  • How many times should I have this per day if I put 10oz of milk in half a banana 1 tsp of peanut butter and the regular 1 cup of protein powder.

  • Really? Peanut butter is slow digesting protein a spoon full is 7g. And your wasting money on way too many supps you don't need and your not big, increase your protein intake and only 3meals should be shakes, I eat about7 meals a day and 3are shakes, I'm training for a show soon
