Second best File Explorer on MS-DOS after DN, but with Network and Com/LPT Capabilities.
I used to copy file from a computer to another by LPT Transfer which was faster than floppy and more
reliable.

  • I remember back in 1992 how difficult was browsing throu the files with dos system, and how easy was with norton commander. Who can imagine windows in Dos!!!!

  • It was perfect soft, for instalation of windows 3.1, or '95 or '98 sfirst edition with floppy disk like a sistem disk.

  • it even supports .arj, .zip, .tar etc

  • hah you know you're getting old when you can figure out all the shortened game names in his game folder :P

  • this is version 5.5 (1998), not 5.51 (1999 with LFN)

  • I remember back on Windows 3.11 how some of us NC users resisted making the switch.

    Keyboard shortcuts were king back then, and it make managing files way faster too..
