Wonderful lyrics!
So human...so sad...and yet so funny!
She also displays a great vocal range and and a lot of emotion.
I don't get why this wasn't a megahit for her.

Thanks for the memory! I actually remember this song. I fell in love with her after woodstock. I collected all her music on vinyl, but lost it all in a burglary back in the late seventies.

Burglaries hurt. I had 2 mini disc recorders and 10 or 20 one of a kind discs stolen. Mostly just music mixes but a few recordings of my kids when they were young, original songs and experimental sound recordings. Now I can't find a mini disc recorder, anywhere.
