  • The up'd the beer to 50 cents?!??!? Oh the good ole days...

  • There was no riot!! Students got a little wild, but no more than a wild college party! It was blown up in the media, as usual. I woke up the next morning in the backseat of my friend's car to see a bayonet poking in the car window.

  • All I remember about that event is that the rioters piled into our town, Hazen, and it was the first time I remember not being allowed to walk downtown during lunch hour. I was 10, that spring.
