Can't you make the tube shorter? That length of tube just creates unnecessary dead space.

it looks funny with all the moving parts but i think that is a weakness, and a power loss.
i think u should have the cylinders in-line so the force of power get closer to the center.

Nice little engine! I like the Ross yoke mechanism - I built one in the Philippines in the early 80's following a diagram from a book on steam engines, before it was known as the "Ross" yoke. How's the friction in your engine?

Friction is high because all moving parts are made from steel. All parts are heavy, I wanna this engine to be hard to break, but it turnet to be hard to start :((
