@theboombody ... there is employer charge ability, usually it makes the most recent employer be at fault which raises the amount of unemployment taxes they pay. However your benefits would be unaffected unless the employer never paid the unemployment tax.

I wonder if any of these claims get charged back to former employers. Man, that's messed up when that happens.
