Antioch is located in the Bay Area, 50 miles East of San Francisco and 60 miles South of Sacramento in easterly Contra Costa County.

The club is well staffed with trained Physical Fitness employees. The club offers weights, bar bells, aerobics, 4 racquetball courts (tournaments twice a year), full size basketball court, outdoor pool, indoor pool, tred mills, cycling, rowing, running, stair climbing (stairmaster), tanning, sauna, jacuzzi (hot tub), karate, yoga, locker rooms, snack bar (nutritional food and juice).

For kids: Step Jr., Circuit Circus, Tumbling, Parent & Me, Cheerleading Workshop, and Karate.

Unfortunately this video is VERY outdated..the gym needs updating and the kids programs/karate no longer exist, besides childcare. Large turnover rate, high prices, and women's locker room smells. I'm in the process of shopping for a new gym.
