@MasiukA haha these are the sort of comments i enjoy. I am all up for free weight but in this video (as we arnt aloud to film in the gym) was recorded right at the end of the chest workout i had just done. Meaning i was fucked! haha cheers man talk soon!

@WitnessofFitness Ah yes that would make sense. I sometimes use smiths and other machines for warm up and cool down. but not for the actual workout. i thought you were doing your actual chest workout on a smith. i always just do the 4x4 heavy bench workout.
