@MrFusionExtreme do some research in mobile market trends, i've got an answer for your problem - pico projectors
in 2012-2013 they'll be the hottest game changer in most of smartphones, they must only improve their quality a little bit

Camera which records in 1080p in a smartphone : all-in-one, finally!
The Motorola Olympus has this chip too!
Tegra 2 is dual core, at the end of this year Nvidia will show a quadcore chip for mobile!

I don't see why you want to game on a phone, The screen is to small.
