My 1st Vaio Problem: Normal fan sound for Sony Vaio CS series???

[new computer 6 days old] Is this the normal fan sound for Sony Vaio CS series??? (I've got VGN-CS325j) The fan goes intermittently louder every 15-20 seconds even if computer is on idle with nothing active. You can hear the fan sound around 0:03, 0:17 and 0: 34 mark. No crackling noises or anything of that kind (the sound on beginning of the second "fan takeoff" if artificial, just me). My sister's got the same, and it's silent on idle (we both have fans on Performance mode). I've had it for less than a week now, and really cannot remember if I heard the sound when I first got it (it's my very first laptop).
So please, do spare me of agony - is this the normal fan sound for CS?????

Should Vista reinstall help me solve the fan problems if the bloatware (programs pre-installed with Vaio) are causing them????

@SergeCWazukie I have the same laptop!!! And I have the same problem. The fan is so loud I can barely hear this video :( .. BIOS firmware update by sony didn't help either

i have my problem right now it's to noisy the fan. and when i'm bring my laptop outside people think i'm carrying a bomb or something

If you did any more research on this issue, you'd know that it is a common defect with the CS series fans. It is NOT NORMAL.

Go to a sony style store and get a fan replacement. You can get a free fan replacement even a year after your warranty is expired.
