Ingredients: 1 Package of Tempeh (or Protein of choice),1 Squash, 2 red pepper, 3 tomatoes, 3 habaneros, 1 head of garlic, approx. 1.5 c. of peanut butter, 4 c. of H2O, salt/pepper to taste :-)
