You won't let us order 1 gripper we have to either get 3 or 6.? cya

It is a PDF training e-book and it comes with every gripper order. Regardless if you order 1 gripper or all 6.
HG's or CoC's are similar with small differences. If you prefer smoother handles get HG's, if you prefer more texture(like me) get CoC's. To say that CoC are harder than HG's is nonsense. IT DEPENDS ON THE GRIPPER RATING. For example, I find HG250 to be a little harder than the CoC#2. I can close the CoC#2.5 but can barely move the handles of HG350! (I am hoping to close CoC#3 in the next 6months and then move on to the HG350)

I personally find the HG easier to set because the handles are closer then the COC. But you are absolutely right, how hard the gripper is to close depends totally on the spring tension, not the brand of gripper.

what do you think of p90x i just got it

I've checked it out and It's an awesome program. I'd still prefer a weight training gym workout routine myself. But if you want something extra, or if for some reason you can't train at a gym, P90X is great.
