Looking for the perfect gift for the Fitness Enthusiast on your list... How about getting them a set of Heavy Duty hand grippers?

The Heavy Grips Hand Gripper series was developed for fitness enthusiasts and athletes who want to take the training of their grip strength to the next level. These heavy-duty hand grippers allow you to train your grip and actually gain strength using low repetitions instead of doing endless reps with plastic handled dept. store hand grippers.

Heavy Grips are ideal for anyone who lifts weights and needs a strong grip such as:

- Police, Firefighters, Military, Security, and anyone who has a physically demanding job.

- They are also great for athletes like wrestlers and martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and other grappling arts.

- Other sports that can benefit from Heavy Grippers include: rock climbing, gymnastics, tennis, racquetball, archery, etc. Even musicians like guitarists can really benefit from extra hand and grip strength.

From now until December 11, 2009 you can order the Heavy Grips Hand Grippers
at this Special Low Price & get them in time for Christmas!

  • HG's or CoC's are similar with small differences. If you prefer smoother handles get HG's, if you prefer more texture(like me) get CoC's. To say that CoC are harder than HG's is nonsense. IT DEPENDS ON THE GRIPPER RATING. For example, I find HG250 to be a little harder than the CoC#2. I can close the CoC#2.5 but can barely move the handles of HG350! (I am hoping to close CoC#3 in the next 6months and then move on to the HG350)

  • I personally find the HG easier to set because the handles are closer then the COC. But you are absolutely right, how hard the gripper is to close depends totally on the spring tension, not the brand of gripper.

  • what do you think of p90x i just got it

  • I've checked it out and It's an awesome program. I'd still prefer a weight training gym workout routine myself. But if you want something extra, or if for some reason you can't train at a gym, P90X is great.
