Google Chrome Linux in action. Here is a HTML5-TV screencast of Google Chrome Linux, playing OGG-Theora videos directly, with the built-in video player. http://oggtv.com/snapshot.png HTML5-TV in 2010, is a situation, which will start a World-Wide revolution of independent online TV stations. Google Chrome OS, will be a new online TV platform, (along with its netbooks). Since any computer can double as a TV device, Chrome OS, can easily become a powerful IPTV platform.
Linux, which can play HTML5-TV, directly from the LiveCD.
I am now working on BROGGCAST.com, for 2010, which will also work on Chrome/OS. I wanted a name for a OGG-multimedia company, which could be managed by the open-source community.
(if the motion is choppy on this video, it is because of the screen-capture program, affecting the video playback on Google Chrome)
This Screen-capture shows how HTML5-TV is here already. 2010 will be a year of many OGG-Theora based online TV services, which will launch because of browser/plug-in support.
Now BROGGCAST.com is a reality, in which open-source groups, can invest in, a online OGG-multimedia service, for HTML5-TV /radio, in 2010.

While web browsers now can play the OGG-video format directly, OGGTV is in the situation of being one of the early websites to implement this feature.
I understood early, this was a situation for positive business start-up, while the three letters "OGG", was confusing to the public.
"MP3" is known by everyone on this planet, but "OGG" was known only by a few file-sharing people. I believe this is why OGGTV is one of the few available.
Now the OGG-audio/video format, is in the "drivers-seat".
