November 1986. By special request. Part 1. After Anna's house was bombed (Sean and Robert saved the house by tossing the bomb into the middle of the street), Duke knows what he has to do to protect Anna and Robin. He calls Chief Bert Ramsey to meet him on the docks so he can spill the beans on the mob. What he doesn't know is that Bert IS the mob. Bert calls his henchmen at Duke's and puts them into action while Frisco, working undercover, observes.

As I promised, this is the Mr. B storyline from Nov 86. I'll take this storyline to the point where we find out the fate of Bert Ramsey, aka Mr. B. This might take a while since this became the front burning story at this point (November sweeps) and almost every episode featured this storyline so there's a lot of story to tell.

Background: At this point, the audience knows that Bert is head of the organized crime syndicate in Port Charles. Duke is over is head and very much in love with Anna. Robert and Sean suspect Duke's up to something. Frisco has been kicked off the police department but, unknown to Anna, is working with Robert undercover at Duke's. He's got a singing job there since he's not a cop anymore. Felicia is waitressing at Duke's pub.

  • I'll be darned! I remember seeing this as a teenager. One of the actors in the opening scene where Duke approaches the bad guys at the table is Stan Ivar, who played John Carter on the newer episodes of "Little House On The Prairie" shortly after Laura Ingalls' parents leave Walnut Grove. Did you know this, pxlbarrel?

  • Yes.

  • Just stumbled upon this storyline and I quickly subscribed! Thanks for uploading one of my favorite storylines from the heyday of GH! Dang....these were the good old days! Thank goodness the Scorpios are back on GH Nightshift.....if only those writers could go and save the sinking ship that is GH daytime! Man, does that show SUCK! I'm sorry, but Sonny and Kate couldn't even pick up Robert and Anna's dog's poop with a scoop!

  • That's another reason why I loved GH back then. The storylines were good, but I also recognized the actors from previous series, and they all clicked! Brian Patrick Clarke from "Eight Is Enough"; David Groh from "Rhoda"; Don Galloway from "Ironside"; Mark Goddard from "Lost In Space"; Barry Williams from "The Brady Bunch"... just to name a few.
