  • need i all the 3 programms

  • @7227kay Short answer: No.

You do not NEED the 2 programs, you can do just fine with Gimp and then replace the old .dds file with the new 1.

However - to be able to open .dds files with gimp - you NEED the .dds plugin (link is in description)

And to be sure that you dont loose your files, I say use the JSGME program, it works as a small fail-safe program. just activate the skin or deactivate it via JSGME.

    Its easy.

  • To all you who are looking for the Type.59.dds:

    It's located inside: World_of_Tanks\res\vehicles\chinese\Ch01_Type59

If you can NOT see the Type59.dds - you have 2 options:

Either RE-DOWNLOAD the new version of WoT and re-install that OR - have a friend send you the Type59.dds to you via skype or email or something.

PS: YOU MUST download and install the .dds plugin (a readme file comes with the plugin) to be able to open the .dds with GIMP.

  • HELP PLS!! why i cant see the T59.dds and etc i can see only collison, crash, normal

  • @Mike08101997 did you get an awnser for the whole texture thing can i know what it was?

  • @gameover5011

Heh you like to write in caps dont you :)

If you camo it (as in paint the tank without "copy & pasting camo images) you will have to color the tank to your liking BEFORE "Flatting" the image.
