@thabest1995 Reactiveness of ur muscles. Jump back and dash forward as fast as possible with short ground contact. That's what I am guessing.

Looks like those guys are covering 10 yards in 7.5-8.0 steps. Where are the 6.0 step guys??? The jump back sprint is to exploit the stretch shortening cycle.
